HMRC Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS):
"Mohammed and I joined the CCaaS project as the only two UCD members on the team. It has been a turbulent project due to a lack of direction, strategy, structure, resources, and so on. It has been great to work alongside Mohammed to do our best to understand the project landscape. He has been very confident in his approach to UR - with what that entails and how he owns the work whilst communicating updates to the team. He has successfully managed to successfully overcome blockers independently with stakeholders despite the lack of structure or systems in place. He has a strong understanding of how different roles within a project can support and work together as a whole. I'm grateful to have his support."
